Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays to guarantee availability.

What time should I arrive for my rental?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for fitting, safety checks, and route recommendations.

What happens if I return the bike late?

Late returns may result in an additional hourly fee. Please call us if you’re running behind and we’ll be happy to work with you when possible.

Can I keep the bike overnight?

Overnight rentals are available upon request. We’ll provide a secure lock and review safe storage guidelines with you.

Safety & Guidelines

Are helmets required?

Helmets are required for riders under 18 and strongly recommended for everyone. We include them free with all rentals.

Can kids ride on their own or with an adult?

We offer kid-sized bikes, child seats, trailers, and tag-alongs so every family setup is covered.

Are your bikes street legal?

Yes, all our bikes meet local regulations and are equipped for use on designated roads and bike paths.

Do you provide safety instructions or a tutorial before we ride?

Absolutely! Our team will walk you through how to use your bike, adjust settings, and provide tips for safe riding.

Trails & Ride Recommendations

Where can I ride from your shop?

We’re located near several scenic paved trails and lakefront paths. Our team will recommend the best routes based on your interests and fitness level.

Can I take the bike off-road?

Some bikes, like our Hybrid Comfort Cruisers and certain e-bikes, can handle light gravel or mixed terrain. Beach Cruisers and Surreys are best for paved trails.

Do you offer maps or route suggestions?

Yes! We offer trail maps, printed guides, and personal recommendations from our staff, who ride these trails themselves.

Payments, Policies & Other Info

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. No cash rentals.

What’s your cancellation policy?

There is no penalty for canceling your reservation, however if you can't make it we greatly appreciate advance notices.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Custom group packages are available for large parties of 8 people or more, please contact us for group inquiries.

Can I buy the bike I rent?

Yes! We offer demo bikes for rent, and if you decide to purchase a brand-new bike afterward, we’ll apply the full rental fee as credit toward your purchase.

Can you order a bike for me?

Yes, we can! We’ll help you find the bike that fits your needs. If we don’t have it in-store, we can order it directly from the manufacturer. As a licensed dealer for multiple top brands, we guarantee low pricing. We’ll even professionally assemble the bike for you and provide free maintenance anytime you visit our shop.
